Provider review / Blue Reacher

Blue Reacher review: separate the invoice from the projection.

Managed lines, setup services and pricing tiers for a CRM-led business.

Browse practical guides →

The short version. Use your own funnel evidence when evaluating the proposed return.

The published bill.

Blue Reacher lists $249 per line monthly, or $199 per line with four or more lines. Activation is $449 once; annual pricing is $1,949 per line and waives that fee. The offering includes managed dedicated lines, CRM integrations, an inbox and dialer with RCS/SMS fallback promoted.

The published limits.

The provider describes daily pacing of 50 opted-in or 30 cold new contacts. That terminology describes its stated product limits; it does not establish that a specific outreach program is permitted. Ask for the exact workflow, constraints and onboarding deliverables in the proposal.

Our buying note.

ROI illustrations on the pricing page include assumptions. Keep those separate from the cost calculation and use your own observed lead and appointment data. A supported pilot should show who receives a reply, how automation stops and what happens when delivery fails. Blue Ledger has not verified the vendor’s conversion-lift claims.
